In Georgia, can Grandparents take a tax deduction on their Georgia Income tax return for contributions to a path529 account owned by the Parents? i.e, Does ownership of the account make any difference for the deduction by the Grandparents?
Ga is not on the list of 10 states that require the contributor to be an account owner or spouse. So the grandparents can take the deduction for GA assuming it's a GA 529 plan.
