If you're expecting a refund, you can check here: https://www.mass.gov/how-to/check-the-status-of-your-ma-income-tax-refund or call MA DOR at (617) 887-6367
Although MA asks for copies of W-2s and 1099s when filing a paper return, at this point I would just wait and see if they ask for them (seems unlikely that they really need the paper copies).

If you plan to file by mail, you need to carefully read the instructions, either in the tax booklet, or the instructions that print with your tax return from Turbotax.
For example, you must attach originals of the W-2s, but not 1099s, to your IRS return. In NY, you must also attach an original W-2 when you file by mail. In VA, you must attach your W-2s AND a complete copy of your federal tax return.
At this point, you can't recall your return or file another one, so just have to wait and see. The state may send you a letter asking for those documents.
