- The Mass. DOR uses USPS postal boxes for receipt of submittals, except for electronic payments.
To make a payment in the best way, use the electronic method by going to this link:

While UPS can deliver to a post office facility, it is not to a post box (USPS) so using UPS will delay the receipt by DOR,
In the future, use USPS Express Mail for fasted submittal; it costs less than UPS and delivers to postal box.
You also will automatically be able to track the progress and receipt using Express Mail.
Given that you used UPS, enter the UPS tracking number at www.ups.com and select tracking,
but that will not tell you when the appropriate office of MASS DOR received the submittal.
- If your W-2 showed that taxes were withheld, paper clip it to the submitted Form 1
