Blank screen when trying to submit credit card payment for state e-file

I am running Mac OS Mojave, with Turbo Tax (not Deluxe), and I am nearing the end to submit my taxes.  I want to submit my state taxes via E-File, and I am prompted to pay with a credit card, to process the payment for this service.  However, when I go to try submit my credit-card info, by clicking "Continue," at the "Complete Your Purchase Online" screen, I am greeted by a blank pop-up screen.

I tried checking for updates from TurboTax, but nothing appears to be getting me beyond this blank screen. I see that other Windows users have the same issue, but I am on an Apple computer with MacOS Mojave.

Thanks.

I would call Turbo tax help line for this one, we had a similar issue, they helped us get it.

Blank screen when trying to submit credit card payment for state e-file

When I try to pay filling fee by credit card, the screen takes me to internet site to sign for purchase of additional services. Will not give me the screen to enter my credit card for payment for filling.

Is your Internet Service Provider throttling your bandwidth?

For example, I have been using a Verizon MiFi tethering device, which limits your download rate, once you exceed a certain monthly maximum; i.e. you can still download data, but the transfer speed is much slower.

The last time this happened to me I had to use a different Internet access; e.g. another Verizon MiFi tethering device, like a SmartPhone with Internet sharing enabled, that has not been rate-limited by the service provider. Once I connect my computer to the different tethering device, I was able to finally get the submit credit card payment screen.

In other words, the rate limiting technology used by Verizon (in my case, which is my Internet service provider) is somehow blocking the credit card payment screen.

The other alternative you can try is to call Intuit and have them take your credit card info over the phone.
