BAD DEBT???

I have a MA Housing Court Monetary Judgement against a tenant I evicted in Sept 2025. Do I enter the amount owed to me, $11,097.19 as Bad Debt? If not, where would this get entered? She has no means to pay.

you don't get a deduction for income you never were taxed on.
