Alabama does not allow e-file of negative Schedule D...but Turbo Tax won't go past issue

I have negative Schedule D on federal. Mine is due to a capital loss on K-1.

Federal has been accepted and deposited. But I can't file state.

Turbo Tax won't move past issue that "Alabama does not allow e-file of negative Schedule D. However, you can still print and mail."

Great-- if it would let me print and mail. 

The issue is that it won't let you file electronically...but it keeps looping on the error and won't let you go past it in order to file by mail.

I have been on phone 5 times with Turbo Tax. All go through same steps as the call before. Never solved.

Not sure what to do.

Are you using the online program or the cd/windows version? See this TurboTax FAQ for help with troubleshooting TurboTax for Windows. If using the online program, you may have to log out of the program, clear your cache and cookies, and log back in.
