I have a 1099R form that has a total distribution from a 401K that was then rolled over into a 401k from my new employer. How do I show this rollover to a 401K

You will be asked about the rollover during the interview. Once form 1099-R is entered, please be sure to answer follow-up questions. One of them will ask what you did with the money; please check the box indicating that you moved the money to another retirement account and the rollover tax treatment will be applied.
