I received social security benefits lump sum payment in March 2019 for years 2016 to the present. But I have not received a form SSA-1099 as of yet. How do I proceed?

I went on the SSA website and did not find and way to obtain a 1099. Nor is all the information concerning my SS benefits up to date, meaning incomplete.

You do nothing right now. 

It will be reported on the 2019 tax return that you file in early 2020, with adjustments for the prior year amounts at that time.
