I just spoke with fidelity about our 1099r and they said they cannot update the 1099r and change what is in box 7 but he thought on turbo you could

It's unlikely that the Form 1099-R is wrong.  Why do you think that it needs changing?

You cannot change the code in Box 7 when you enter the form int he program.  You may, however, be able to change the results created by that code as you go through the interview and answer the questions after you're Done with entering the form.  Have you tried that yet?
