Apple's official support site doesn't appear to contain instructions for clearing the cache in Safari. Your best bet is to search the Internet for clear Safari cache or similar search terms.
One thing, If you edit or review a 1099R it does not keep your answers from before but resets them to the defaults. Then you have to go through and answer them all again. So be sure to go all the way to the end of the 1099R section. They are right unless you go back.
That button only directs TurboTax to the next screen and is not stored anywhere.

TT should *never* revert back to defaults once you've answered the question. That this still isn't fixed is, to be polite, puzzling. It means you can never check your work. You must always redo your work.
