Review the 1099-R info we've collected so far and add any we don't have yet. Financial institution Name Box 1 - Gross distribution BNY Mellon Disbursement Agent $0.00 Needs Review Wont let me review. I tap on that button and nothing happens

Delete the Form 1099-R and then re-enter manually
