Filing tax return by mail. Should I include 1099R form (pension) with it?

Hello,

I completed my taxes and decided to file the state ones by mail.  I printed the copy and I was wondering if the 1099R stub should be included as well.

The instruction page did not list this form.

When you mail a return, you only need to include forms like a 1099-R or W-2 if you had tax withheld on them.  If no tax was withheld, you do not mail the form with the return.
