That problem with the military retirement income was resolved about a week ago.

Make sure you have updated your TurboTax software to the latest release.

Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen.  Click on Check for Updates.

If using the TurboTax online editions, it would be best to delete the Form 1099-R and then re-enter the form manually.
