What "ACCOUNT" does the Military form 1099-R fall under?

Turbotax does not provide a 1099-R without an Account name. Defense Finance and Accounting Service is all that is provided.

Did you get a 1099R?  You enter Defense Finance and Accounting Service as the name and enter the EIN whcih starts with 34-   .   That's all.   Where do you need an "Account"?   

Oh on the first screen with the  4 boxes?  Pick the first box....Financial Instition or other provider

Unfortunately I tried all the boxes, and none of them accepted DFAS.  It took me nearly an hour to finally get it done. I had to sign in to My Pay, Download the documents then upload to Turbo Tax. A serious waste of time for sure 😫
