We are retired and do not get W-2 forms. We both get SSA-1099 forms which has Voluntary Federal Income Tax Withheld. We also get a 1099-R but no taxes were withheld. Please tell me if we need to mail in any attachments.

You do not need to mail anything, if you Efiled your tax returns and they were Accepted.
You probably get the Federal Tax Withheld on your Social Security income refunded to you.
You might want to think about not having tax withheld on your Social Security, but on your pension income on the 1099-R, since this is what is could be taxable income to you. However, if the 1099-R income is not high, you may not even be required to file.
