Use what is on your 1099-R. It is common that the names may differ; the important items are the PAYER'S federal identification number and the amounts/codes on the 1099-R form.
If you imported the form and it has the correct payer's ID number, you can leave the name and address as it was imported. You won't get any errors for a discrepancy in the actual fund's name.
