Unable to Edit Income 1099-R. Edit feature does not work

Trying to Edit income from 1099-R in the Wages & Income Section. Click on NEEDS REVIEW does not function to allow any changes. Current income shows $0.00.

Delete the Form 1099-R and then re-enter manually

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

that doesn't work as it's not finding those retirement sources that I just deleted.
