When I click on forms at the top left of desktop premier and go to Form 1040 or 1040SR Wks, my total income is $8839 less than when I go to Federal Taxes, Federal Review. In addition, in Federal review, total income minus deductions does not equal taxable income.
Is there someone from technical support that can contact me so I can show them the issue?
This is a showstopper and have several returns to complete.
I am running version 12.5.1 MacOS Monterey. I am using the last version of desktop premier for Mac.
Thanks.

Maybe it's just misleading.
The Federal review page includes stuff that is not part of the 1040 form's AGI. I figured this out for one of my test files that was ~$36,000 different
Take your 1040, line 11 (AGI)
Add line 2a (Tax-exempt income)
Add the difference between line 6a and 6b (the part of SS that was not taxed)
Add any rollover $$ you entered for an IRA or other pension 1099-R $$ that you rolled over.
Add any QCD $$ that were not included in line 4b
_______
i.e. the Federal "Review" page includes every scrap of income that you entered...whether it added into AGI in the first place or not.
I need a response from an tech expert at TurboTax. This is a bug. I also found a second bug. If someone from Turbo Tax does not respond to me directly, I will start using HRBlock. Thanks
Please feel free to contact Customer Support so you can speak with a TurboTax representative who can assist you.
