Medical itemized deductions, do I include the information from Box 5 of the CSA-1099R and the medicare from the SSA-1099? OR are they automatically added in for me?

The medical expenses are automatically entered for you when you enter them from your CSA-1099R and from your SSA-1099. Make sure you answer the followup question after entering the CSA-1099R that tells how much of the box 5 amount was for medical insurance.
