I have a joint Roth IRA with a credit union what TurboTax software would I need to buy

There is no such thing as a "joint" IRA. The "I" in IRA is "individual". An IRA can only be owned by one person.

Any version of TurboTax can handle IRA contributions or 1099-R's for IRA distributions.
