You will have to contact the payer to get a corrected Form 1099-R.

You have to get the plan to change it.  Did you inherit it from someone?   Why do you think it should be a 7?  Only a spouse that assumes the IRA can use code7.   401K has to stay inherited with code 4,   @dmertz
