….OR......Describe what state(s) are involved on the line for boxes 12a...13a...14a ( and for the 12b, 13b, 14b if a second line is being used).

IF the particular line is for a non-income-taxing state, like TX...then leave 12,13,14 (for that particular line) entirely blank
