Turbo Free

Yes, TurboTax Online Free Edition supports form 1099-R (Distributions From Pensions, Annuities, Retirement or Profit-Sharing Plans, IRAs, Insurance Contracts, etc.)

but if you have made under 36000 you can use Free File which charges no fees and  which is found here.   www.freefile.intuit.com
