Thank you. However, none of the options you suggested have solved the problem. I've been on two separate phone calls with TurboTax support lasting over 2 hours. They were unable to fix the issue and have determined that it must be a glitch with the online TurboTax software. We verified that all of the items on the 1099-B were entered correctly and that they matched on the printed return compared with the 1099-B form. Their final suggestion was to wait a few more days and see if it works at a later time.
I recommend opening your program in an incognito Chrome browser from a different device.
Additional troubleshooting options:
I have been told by two chat support experts that this is a known glitch. I am at a standstill until Turbotax fixes this issue.
They were unable to fix the issue. It is hanging the page yet. I tried another browser, I use the mobile app, and also I restart settings and configuration but not of this options works. please could you verify about this. I have been trying for about one week.

What is the TurboTax phone number?
I'm having this issue as well. None of the suggested options work. Been on the phone and trying workarounds for over 10 hours total at this point.
My 1099-B is from TD Ameritrade. It looks like I'll have to use another service.
If import does not go smooth, I will suggest to manually enter info. If there are too many transactions, try to sum up between long term and short term. Here are the steps:
In TurboTax online,
A Form 1099-B is issued to report the proceeds from your stocks and bonds transactions. The transactions will generate either a long term or short term capital gain or loss depends on how long the stocks are being held. The amount will be reported on line 7 of your Form 1040 along with a Schedule D and Form 8949.
This appears to be an ongoing known issue spanning several years.
There should be no reason for this to continually occur at this point 4 years later.
1099-B cannot be manually entered. Whenever anyone attempts to do so they get the "hit a snag" message. Imports appear to be working however, if you used a broker that does not support imports, then you are S.O.O.L.
