ssa 1099 entry window is not available?

Clicking revisit does nothing

 Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security  (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.

The entry shows "revisit" When I select revisit, nothing happens and the prior view opens. There is no page to enter the SSA information.

Have you tried to clear cache and cookies?

....and do you get the full menu of selections on the Wages&Income page?

I get a full list of entries but when trying to edit the SSA 1099, nothing is available.

That's messed up somehow....if you are actually using the desktop software, try running an update.

If you are using the Online software, all updates are already in place.

For Online....try editing it in two spots....Once up in the top of the screen that shows the form is there.....then if that doesn't work, try to access it down the screen, down in the retirement income section of the menu there is another entry point to SSA-1099 forms.

I gave up on the online version. The desktop version is working fine. I have used the desktop version for decades.

So you did get the SS section to finally work for you?

(Works fine on my Windows 11 Premier....I just edited SSA-1099 on a test file)

Never got it to work. Gave up and went back to desktop version.
