Qualified Business Income Deduction

I do not own any businesses and I don't have any business related expenses. However, Turbo Tax seems to auto-calculated my QBI to be $1. Is this mandatory? Is this expected? Or should I just delete this form?

It probably comes from an amount in box 5 of a 1099-DIV.

By all means keep it. It’s legitimately yours.

I kept the QBI, but then before I file, TurboTax kept asking me to review the QBI numbers. Is that a technical glitch? I don't have a business so I don't understand why it calculated the QBI in the first place. Any advice?

You didn’t answer whether you have a 1099-DIV with an amount in Box 5.

One of my 1099-DIV box 5 has $4.95.

That is what it legitimately producing the QBI. Leave it alone.
