I took a COVID early w/d from 401K in 2020 & spread 1/3 of it across 20/21/22 tax years. However, I start 2023 taxes, TurboTax is still including that 1/3-what do I do?

You can go into Tools and delete the 1099R and 8915 form that transferred over.  Or you can start over without transferring.

Also look for form 8915.  Did you have a distribution back in 2020 that was spread over 3 years?  Those have been transferring over like a 4th year.
