You can contact Support via the link below, but you actually need to contact the Payer.
TurboTax does not have a copy of a 1099R that you entered. If you entered a 1099R then only the data that you entered will be in the worksheets that are part of the pdf of your tax return. TT does not have an image or copy of the actual 1099R.
And if you mean you have not received it, and need the 1099R so that you can enter it, you have to obtain that from the financial institution that handles your retirement account. They will be able to provide a copy or you may be able to go on their web site to get it.
