I had some self employment work last year but this year I didn't, but it is requesting form 1099-nec that I didn't get. How do I remove the 1099-nec?

When I run federal review it keeps prompting for the 1099-nec info that I did not receive in 2020.

It looks like you are in online Deluxe. You will have to go in and delete the 1099-NEC carryover form from last year.

To Delete a form:

On the menu bar on the left that shows.
- My Info
- Federal
- State
- Review
- File
Select Tax Tools
On the drop down select Tools
On the Pop-Up menu select Delete a Form
This will give you all of the forms in your return
Scroll down to any 1099-NEC or MISC or any Self-Employment income

Caution: Be sure to select the correct form to delete.

Select the Form
Click on Delete.

This will complete the process.
