I can't file my taxes because the Form 8915-F, Qualified Disaster Retirement Plan Distributions & Repayments indicates it is applicable, which it is not. What do I do?

The review shows I can't file my taxes until Part 1 of this form is finalized in an upcoming release. This form does not apply to my taxes.  What should I do?

You were asked Did (your name) take a distribution in 2021 due to a non-covid disaster?

If you DID NOT take a disaster distribution in 2021 then answer NO.

I did answer "NO" because I had no disaster related withdrawal in 2021 or in any year!  Turbo Tax won't let me change what is already on the form and shows 2022 and 2021 marked as if I did have a Covid related withdrawal and I can't change it.

Delete the Form 8915-F and any related Disaster Retirement Distribution Worksheets in your tax return.

Then go back through the Form 1099-R section if you received a Form 1099-R in 2022 or you need to report the last 1/3 of the 2020 distribution due to Covid.
