how do I add form 5329?

@mlcclr - explain more. 

 

that should be automatically calculated by TT, depending on the Box 7 codes on form 1099-R.

how do I add form 5329?

Form 5329 will be generated from entries you make when you enter a Form 1099-R reporting pension plan distributions, or enter an IRA contribution in TurboTax.
