Error saying box 12 code s should not be greater than the value in box 12 with code 2 for this w-2. My w-2 was imported from the IRS. Why am I getting this error?

Try removing the cents from the amount in box 12.  This has helped many other users get rid of this error

No. Rounding is okay. According to the IRS:

If rounding is used, it must be used consistently. Amounts should be rounded to the nearest whole dollar by dropping amounts under 50 cents and increasing amounts from 50 to 99 cents to the next dollar. For example, $2.30 becomes $2 and $2.50 becomes $3.
