Question on 1099-B

My broker statement has entries on a 1099-B.  The sale was for covered securities and the sale was quite small.  It is reported under 1.d.  There is a cost basis. - Cann I still simply file my taxes without mailing the broker statement?

Question on 1099-B

Yes, if you received a broker statement and all the sales were covered transactions, you do not need to mail form 1099-B to the IRS.
