On my completed 1040 SR, my form 8606 (IRA) appears but my wife's doesn't . I checked just now: all info for both is entered on TurboTax website. How can I get hers?

by "completed" I mean the pdf to print.

Did your wife make a contribution for 2022 or distribution in 2022 that requires Form 8606?  If not, no Form 8606 is to be included for her even if she has basis carried over from 2021.

In 2022, my wife had distributions but made no contributions.  There are numbers reported on Turbotax first page of 1040 for her and my distributions, both total and taxable.  My 8606 is supplied by Turbotax but not my wife's.  Clearly, they calculated her IRA details but don't show them  I spent a half hour on the phone with a TT rep, but she couldn't find the answer.  I hope someone can and will send it to me.

Make sure that you have marked the Form1099-R in TurboTax as belonging to your spouse and not to you, otherwise they will appear on your Form 8606, not your spouse's Form 8606.  Review the IRA Information Worksheet in TurboTax and make sure that it properly shows your spouse's basis in nondeductible traditional IRA contributions.
