On my 1040-SR 2021 line 5a has an amount over $100,000, my situation has not changed, but on 2022 line 5a has no amount $00.00, can anyone tell me why?

I answered all questions the same as I did in past years, why the difference?

That line would be for taxable pensions, taxable distributions from retirement accounts.  

 

Did you receive any Forms 1099-R this year and not enter them?  

Did you have any distributions from a retirement account that you should have received a Form 1099-R for that you did not? 

Did you receive a Form 1099-R in 2021 for retirement income, that you may not have had in 2022?

Did you take 

 

I would check your 2021 Tax Return Documents and compare them to your 2022 Tax Return Documents and see if you had retirement income that you did not get in 2022 or that you may not have received a Form 1099-R for.
