Yes, you need to report all your income. If you received a 1099, it must be included on your federal tax return.

Here is how in TurboTax: 

in Income & Expenses

scroll to Retirement Plans and Social Security, open show more

click  start in Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099)

Yes, you need to report all your income. If you received a 1099, it must be included on your federal tax return.
