My 1099R from my monthly annuity distribution shows a 7D for the distribution code. The system does not allow me to put 7D. Not sure what to put in the box, 7 or D?

You enter the 7 in box 7.  Then you click on the box for I have more than one value in Box 7

You enter the D in the second box 7

Each code represents a different description.  Both codes can be entered into TurboTax when you are completing the Form 1099-R information.

When you get to box 7, first use code 7 and in the next box select code D. They are entered individually and not together in one slot.
