Do I have to claim my SSA disability lump sum that I already claimed in 2016?

I was awarded SSA disability at the end of 2015. I received a lump sum for 2014 and 2015. I claimed that 1099 in 2016. Do I need to enter it every year or can I just pass that question?

Just skip it. You only enter it the year you got it.
