In TurboTax (TT), enter at:

Federal Taxes Tab (Personal for H&B version)

Deductions & Credits

-Scroll down to:

-Retirement and Investment

- Retirement Savings Contribution Credit

Early, in the interview, you'll get a box to enter additional after-tax savings contributions
