IN 2020, no IRA MRD was required because of Covid 19. How do we file this?

I did not take MRD of my IRA because it was not required due to Covid 19. How do we answer this ?

Did you get a 1099R? If not then you do not report it at all. Or did you get the RMD and put it back?

Got a statement but not a tax 1099-R ; I did not take RMD since Covid 19 changes said we did not have to withdraw. So . .no transactions.
