Importing multiple 1099-R docs from one company (TIAA)

I have 2 different accounts with TIAA: one is an annuity account and the other is a 403(b) account.

TT only allows me to import one of them using my login ID and password. Why can't TT import the information from both accounts?

My wife has three accounts with TIAA; same problem; TT will only import data from one account.

Are they all on one account or under different longin id's?

If you have a single broker for multiple accounts, when selecting to add another account for the same broker: Clear cookies and then search for your broker via the search bar rather than clicking the broker icon. This should allow the screen to input account information and import the data.
