If my IRA contributions were entered with my W2, do I also need to enter them again in the deductions portion - or are they already accounted for?

All my contributions were through my work retirement plan and entered with my W2.
It asks for traditional and roth IRA contributions in the deductions portion and I'm not sure if I need to put the numbers in the system again. It majorly changes what I owe / refund if I do put the info in again.

Since your deferrals to the tax deferred retirement plan were already reported on your W-2 you do Not enter them anywhere else on the tax return.

NO.   If you have a retirement plan at work, that is on box12 of your W-2.  You only enter it from the W-2---nowhere else.
