If I entered my Roth IRA amount in box 12 in wages and incomes, do I have to enter it again in deductions and credits?

No. You won't need to re-enter this amount. Turbo tax will automatically transfer it over to the correct spot.

Any amount shown in box 12 of your W-2 is *not* a contribution to a Roth IRA.  Instead it's a contribution Designated Roth Account in a qualified retirement plan, something rather different.
