Is there a way to get rid of review questions about a 1099-R when I don't have one?

I would suggest you to simply remove the Form 1099-R from the program.

To delete a form in the TurboTax online version, here are the steps:

Sign in to your account, select Pick up where you left off
On your left, Select Tax Tools/drop-down menu
Select Tools
Under Other helpful links, choose Delete a form
Select Delete next to Form 1099-R and Continue with My Return to proceed
