I would suggest you to simply remove the Form 1099-R from the program.
To delete a form in the TurboTax online version, here are the steps:
- Sign in to your account, select Pick up where you left off
- On your left, Select Tax Tools/drop-down menu
- Select Tools
- Under Other helpful links, choose Delete a form
- Select Delete next to Form 1099-R and Continue with My Return to proceed
