How/where should I enter this 1099-INT that doesn't have any boxes? It is from the IRS and says "total interest paid or credited" and shows 11.72. Thanks!

This is entered under Interest income.   To enter go to the Federal Return and Income and Expenses, then

1. Go to Interest and Dividends and 
2. Click on the "Start" button next to Interest on 1099-INT.
3. Answer "Yes" to the question "Did you receive any Interest Income;
4. On the next screen choose "I'll type it myself"
5. In the box "received from" enter  IRS and in Box 1 enter the amount of interest.  
6. Proceed to answer the rest of the questions.
