Where is it asking you? You should be able to skip it.

Why do you think you need to indicate that you do NOT have an IRA? If you do not have an IRA, did not put money into an IRA and did not take money out of an IRA, you have nothing to enter about an IRA.

How do I indicate that I do not have an IRA?

If you accidentally entered information in the IRA section but did not make IRA contributions then please follow these steps to delete the entry:

Login to your TurboTax Account
Click on "Search" on the top right and type “IRA contributions”
Click on “Jump to IRA contributions"
Deselect the IRA and click "continue"
Confirm that you want to delete the entry.
