Ask the plan for another copy.  Or maybe you can log into your retirement or ira account and get it.

Your 1099R For what year?  The plan will send out the 1099R by Jan 31 for the prior year.  So 2021 1099R won't come out until next January or early February.  Ask the plan.

You have to call each plan and ask them if and when they sent the 1099R.   Or maybe you can log into your accounts and print them out.  That's what I did to get my last one.  Then it finally came in the mail yesterday.

TurboTax does not have your Form 1099-R.  You get the form from the plan administrator who should have mailed the form to you no later than 01/31/2022.
