How do i get my 1099R because I have not received it

This is incorrect.  After spending almost an hour creating an account and waiting to talk to an agent, she informed me that OPM is for FEDERAL RETIREES ONLY.

I suppose this would work if you were a federal employee and have now since retired, however this answer from an "expert" is useless for anyone currently in the workforce without a digital 1099-R.

@cmdrum7 What are you trying to do?  We cannot tell since you are adding to an old thread that has not had any activity for quite awhile, and the thread has posts from multiple users.

If you are trying to get a 1099R---which was one of the questions early in the thread----many financial institutions do not have them ready yet, or they might have them ready to print or view from their website, but not yet formatted for importing into tax software.   It is often late January to mid-February before you can import a 1099R into the software.  Before then, if you can obtain a copy, you can key it in by hand.
