Which Form 1099 are you referring to, there are almost two dozen different types? Form 1099-R, 1099-MISC, 1099-NEC, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-B, 1099-S, SSA-1099, etc.

To complete and file a 2019 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2019 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2019 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.
